Cherine is the lead of Sustainability Services for both KPMG Singapore and Indonesia. Cherine has more than 10 years of experience in numerous accounting and advisory projects that promote initiatives for sustainable development. In addition to green finance projects, Cherine also specialises in corporate sustainability strategies, implementation, monitoring and reporting of social and environmental initiatives.

Cherine conducts advisory engagements with more than 70 public companies from a range of sectors to develop their sustainability governance structure, sustainability programmes, materiality process and sustainability report to align with local regulations and global frameworks. She was also the project lead to assist City Developments Limited in issuing Singapore’s first green bond. Cherine is currently developing a Sustainable Finance Action Plan for one of the largest sector banks in Indonesia.

Cherine also dedicates time to increase awareness in the sustainability space by conducting trainings on sustainability and sustainability reporting and leading dialogues with leading accredited KPMG network partners. Cherine actively participates in sustainability events as speaker, moderator or guest lectures on sustainability such as NUS Business School Alumni Association Talk on Professional Ethics & Corporate Governance. She was the lead author of the Sustainability Guide for Boards, a publication in collaboration with Singapore Institute of Directors and the Singapore Exchange to enhance Board leadership and governance on organisational sustainability.
Philippe Guibert is a specialist in international Public Health. He volunteers at the International SOS Foundation as a Senior Medical Ambassador, in addition to being the Regional Medical Director, Health Consulting, Asia at International SOS.

He joined International SOS in 1998 in Paris as the deputy Medical Director, Medical Services, and was involved in the medical engineering of client remote operations in Africa, the development of projects’ health plans and of Public Health programs. 

He then took the position of Medical Director, Health programs in 2003, to develop Healthcare Management services in France for large multinationals. Additionally, he did develop health crisis preparedness and response activities, and specifically pandemic flu preparedness advisory services which he delivered for many global organisations in Europe and in Asia. 

Based in Singapore since 2010, he leads the regional health consulting team which provides strategic health advisory services and which designs corporate, occupational and community health solutions to organisations meeting their duty of care obligations and addressing their Sustainability priorities across Asia. 

Philippe Guibert has graduated as a medical doctor from the Pierre & Marie Curie University in Paris, France, and holds a Master of Public Health from this University. A regular speaker at events, conferences and media, he supports the promotion of global health priorities and values to the stakeholders of a safer, healthier world.

Sylvia oversees the full spectrum in planning and implementing people strategies for the CrimsonLogic Group globally.  She brings more than 20 years of HR (Human Resources) experience and leads the Group HR to develop workforce strategies, drives Organizational & Talent Development, and succession planning across the various CrimsonLogic offices and business groups.   

Prior to joining CrimsonLogic, Sylvia was working with Jardine Lloyd Thompson Limited in Hong Kong as the Regional  Director of Human Resources for Asia for close to three years.  Before Jardine Lloyd Thompson, she was the Business Services Director for Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance in China overseeing Human Resources, IT, Business Operations and the Global Business Network across Beijing, Shanghai and Nanjing. Her other professional experience includes three years working with Convergys and seven years in HP-EDS, where she developed a strong familiarity with the IT sector. 

Sylvia holds a Bacheor of Science, Pharmacy, from the National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Fellow with CIPD, UK.
Craig is Global Head of Security & Safety based in Singapore, responsible for governance and oversight of Bank wide programs that provide a secure environment for customers and staff, build operational resilience and help keep the Bank safe. He is a leading risk management executive and trusted risk advisor with 30 years of public sector, commercial risk consulting and enterprise risk management experience.


Er. Go Heng Huat
Director of Major Hazards Department
Ministry of Manpower, Singapore
As the Director of Major Hazards Department, Er. Go Heng Huat oversees regulation of the safety case regime of the Major Hazards Installations, such as oil refineries and petrochemical plants.

Er. Go is a member of the Singapore Standards Council and chairs the Quality and Safety Standards Committee. He also co-chairs the Work Group on OSH Management System which participated in ISO standard development on OSH management system and drives the adoption of ISO 45001 into Singapore Standards

He is a registered PE (Chemical Engineering) with the Professional Engineers Board Singapore.
